Ever since i got this phone, i have had nothing but problems.

It freezes, it doesn't send messages, it limits my internet use and now i can't send or recieve picture messages.

I pay for unlimited EVERYTHING. If i pay for unlimited everything, i expect no internet limits. I can't even load a facebook picture on it because it's "exceeded data plan". Bitch, i pay for UNLIMITED data.

I am so frustrated. I've called them and i have been so polite. I am sick of being polite to these bastards. The phone was exensive. I paid for it with money i don't have, and pay for the bill with money i don't have. is it wrong that i expect good service and a WORKING phone for what i pay?

Screw Walmart and everything it stands for. They make the worst products in the world.

I told them that if it isn't fixed i am switching companies. I hate Straight Talk. It's nothing but junk. If they make me send in my phone and then make me wait 2 weeks to get a new one, i am going to flip. With Virgin Mobile they sent you the phone and it was there the NEXT day. Then you sent in yours, shipping was paid for and all. Not with this phone!

You have to wait 8 days to get the box to send it in. Then you have to pay for shipping to send it to them, plus insurance. Ridiculous. Then they keep it for a week, then send one back. I'm telling them that it will not work. And i'm going to be assertive. Not rude, but i am going to lay down the law. I'm all riled up now and can't sleep because i'm mad as hell.
