I'm watching Dateline right now. About a man who murdered his wife. It's obvious he did it. She was stabbed 5 times in the head, the back of her head was completely smashed in, and stabbed two times in the chest. That's a brutal way to die. Imagine seeing that. Someone you love stabbed five times in the face. The back of their head completely gone...
Anyway, his lawyer is saying he's innocent. Though there is TONS of evidence proving that he's guilty. I have a problem with this. His wife was a living breathing person, with friends and a family. And he killed her. And this man is defending him. Why? Because he'll get a hell of a lot of money for it.
How can someone defend someone who they know is guilty, for their own personal gain. He'll let a killer go free, if it means he can get some money. That's wrong. What about her? What about his wife? Does she get justice? No. What if it was a member of that lawyer's family who was murdered. How would he feel if another man killed his wife, or friend. And the murderer was set free because he had a good lawyer.
I have a huge problem with people who keep arguing even though they know they're wrong. Once you've been proven wrong, what's the point of arguing even further? This is why i'm incredibly offended when people at school tell me i should be a lawyer. If i was a lawyer, defending someone, and evidence was brought up that proved their guilt, i would be like "Hey, man. You're guilty. I ain't defending you no more."
I don't exactly know were i'm going with this. Except murder is wrong. In any situation. I don't like capital punishment either. But, then again, i have never lost a loved one to murder. And if i had, i would probably want the murderer to die. So, i can not say that i am 100% against capital punishment.
A boy in night school the other day said that he would have no problem murdering someone. This scares the hell out of me. Life is precious. It's not something you should take away from somebody. He would have no problem killing someone, but what if someone killed his son? He'd be completely heart broken. Why would it be any different for the person he kills? They have friends and family.
I have a 2 disc DVD set called America's Serial Killers: Portriats of Evil. I have it because the psycology of a serial killer is facinating.
Well, on there it shows a confession of Kenneth Bianchi were he describes a murder. And he says "Well, we killed her, dumped the body off and left. That's it.....nothing to it"
WHAT!?!?!?!? That honestly gave me nightmares. And i can remember it word for word. The tone of his voice when he said it.... It scared me.
Anyway, i've gtta babysit soon. So i should get off the computer.
