Christmas Tree Cutting at the Cabin

This is just a picture of Norma. It has nothing to do with the blog. It's just cute.

Every year at christmas time, my family goes over to the Cabin to get a tree in the woods. This has been a tradition for several years. When my great grandma died, it was in her will that the cabin get split between her grand children. Here's the problem. No one can agree on anything. And since no one can agree. We're selling it. Some would much rather give up the cabin and all the memories... I'm not going to lie. I don't know what's going on. What happens in our family meetings. But, i am incredibly upset that we're selling the cabin. I'm crying now just thinking about it. I love that place... My father grew up there. So did all my aunts and uncles. So did my cousins. So did I! And i have to give it up. Because no one can agree... I wish there was something i could do. To make everyone realise how much the cabin means to us. Even if the family isn't getting along.

This is the crick. That seperates the two lakes. Up on the hill is one of the several cabins.

This is one of the four bridges crossing the crick.

I was very scared about today. Hoping no one would bring up the fact that we're getting rid of years and years of memories. At the same time, i wished they would. So i could hopefully sway some opinnions.... but anyway. Here's some pictures of today.

Julie and Eli at Doc's. This is after we cut down the trees. Julie is enjoying a Mello Yello. And Eli is enjoying...well...being retarded.

Grandma insisted her and i sit together. Actually, she was standing. I kid you not. She stood through the entire meal.

Again, this is eli. Enjoying being retarded. I think he should get rid of his mustache. What do you think?

Hobo made a new friend today. This is Luke. Luke humped Hobo.

Me, making a funny face. My uncle Keith is...doing something. Notice the rainbow suspenders?

My grandpa, with a saw!! Next to my Uncle Mike. My cousin Ian is sitting on a chair. Ian is super freaking smart.

Me, all bundled up and warm. Looking ugly. Surrounded by my standing family members.

By the way. For those of you reading this on my facebook, you should really check out my blogger page. boboloveshobos.blogger.com Then you can see my fish. My fish are on the side of the page. I feed them every day. Even though i don't need to feed them to keep them alive. I just fo any way. All you have to di is click on the picture and it feeds them. Anywho, Tata!
